View, Download, or Print a Canvas Syllabus

You can view, download, or print your Canvas Syllabus directly within your Canvas course. To perform these actions:

  1. In the course navigation menu, click Course Syllabus.

  1. At the top of the page, click Syllabus to open the drop-down menu where you can view, edit, copy, print, or download the syllabus.

To complete the relevant action, click the tabs below.

View Your Syllabus

To view your syllabus in reading mode within Canvas, select View from the drop-down menu.

Download Your Syllabus

To download the syllabus to your computer, select Download from the drop-down menu.

Print Your Syllabus

1. To open the Print window, select Print from the drop-down menu.

By default, the Destination is set to either Adobe PDF or Save as PDF (if you do not have Adobe Acrobat or Reader installed).

  1. In the Print window to select your printer, click Destination from the drop-down menu.

  1. To print your syllabus, click Print.
